GIN WAYNE began with a spontaneous idea among friends: a birthday gift that became the starting point of a project that matured for almost ten years. Driven by the desire to create a gin unlike any other, something deliberately unconventional emerged – a flavour that surprises and defies expectations.
Guided by the motto “Natural Elegance”, this idea evolved into a gin that captures the pure nature of Carinthia in a refined and elegant form. A spirit with true character – clear, distinctive, and unmistakable.

GIN WAYNE is based on perry pears, cider apples, and wheat from Carinthia – raw materials valued for their purity and aromatic intensity. Their regional origin ensures quality you can taste and gives the gin its unmistakable character.

Most pears and most apples from Carinthian orchard meadows form the natural foundation of the gin. This regional fruit composition provides clarity, freshness, and an unmistakable character.
Juniper, blossoms, herbs, spices and a hint of cucumber complement the fruit base. The careful selection creates a multi-layered, harmoniously balanced aromatic profile.
The botanicals are gently macerated to release their full natural aromas. This step gives the gin structure, depth, and a clean, defined profile.
Distilled using the traditional rough–fine distillation method in small batches, resulting in exceptional purity and a precise flavour profile without any additives.
Produced by Pfau Brennerei GmbH, 9020 Klagenfurt, a distillery with many years of experience in traditional craftsmanship and regional processing.

Production is limited to 500 bottles. Each bottle is individually numbered, making it a true collector’s piece.

Description
The alcohol is 100% natural.
It is a combination of Carinthian perry pears and perry apples from regional meadow orchards, as well as wheat. It is produced using a double-distillation process (raw and fine distillation).
What makes this combination unique is the pear’s fruitiness, the apple’s freshness, and the wheat’s refined character.
This exceptional base, created from pure distillates, is then infused and macerated with a special blend of juniper, various spices, blossoms, herbs and cucumber – and subsequently distilled a second time.
No additives, such as sugar, are added to GIN WAYNE .
This edition is strictly limited – only 500 bottles were produced.
